How to withdraw
- Open your Profile and tap Withdraw to reach the cashier.
- Enter the amount, from a £5 minimum.
- Confirm, and the request goes in for review.
- Once approved, the money returns to your card or account.
Withdrawals go back to the method you used to deposit, so if you paid in by Visa, your payout returns to that card.

Mastercard, Apple Pay and bank transfer take longer, typically a few business days depending on your bank. We keep the cashier deliberately simple, so there are no e-wallets like PayPal or Skrill, just direct card and bank payments.
Verification
Before your first payout you’ll complete a standard KYC check, usually photo ID and proof of address. It’s a one-off step that meets our UK Gambling Commission licence rules, and once you’re verified, later withdrawals move faster.
